How to Choose a Contractor

Before choosing a landscape contractor, get several estimates and be sure to obtain the following:

• Project references as well as checking with the Better Business Bureau for consumer complaints.
• Written guarantees on work.
• Clear written and/or drawn renditions of the work you expect to receive for your money.
• A signed agreement which binds the contractor to providing you with the work you have agreed upon.
